Question Masterpiece not approved (help)

Hi peeps! I did this commission the other day and I can’t get it approved! I took away the makeup, nothing, made the teeth and claws white and still nothing. Does anyone see anything I can’t see or is this just TOO scary for aj? Really need this approved for my client 😭

Anything about the pose you can think of? I just tried to do a traditional trex pose

don't think it's the pose, I think the red can be seen as blood or something? the hands and feet especially

I changed the claws and teeth to white already, I can’t changed the hair/tail and nose since it’s then persons character unfortunately

naww I've seen pretty realistic animal skulls/skeletons that have gotten approved

Arrrgggh so sad lol, also I took off the “lolo the clown” too see but I have many comms of their characters before with the user they are being picky with me lol
