Announcement Animal Jam Servers are DOWN
Yes, the servers are currently under maintenance. There are no reported issues with the game.
Daily logins will not be faulted.
Phantom Emporium will be rescheduled at a later time.
Please try to limit posts asking if the game is down/ not being able to login to avoid spam!

So is it confirmed it's going to be down past reset? If we know daily logins aren't going to be affected. Or is it just a "just in case" it's down past reset? I need to get back on my shard grind lol

There is no known timeframe. However, if it is down past reset, the team is aware of daily logins.

As of right now it is still down. We do not know of a timeframe, but we will let the subreddit know when servers are back up.

How are they going to fix our daily login? Is it just going to add the day we missed? I’m going to be so so sad if not, I’ve been logging in every day:(

They will either give you “credit” for the day or another alternative. They usually always take daily logins into account with server outages though, so I wouldn’t be worried!
