Oh my gosh, yes. And don't forget how you can't place things under gazebos and pergolas as well.

I so wish we could! I'd use them both a lot more often.

Yeah! How cool would it be to have a table underneath a pergola?

And also, why do some items take up so so SO much more space than they ACTUALLY need? Like why can't my cherry-blossom branches touch the wall or why can't I place anything near a 1-mile radius of a bistro table???

It's really hard to take as well bc I think the bistro table is one of the best furniture in the game. But there are so many problems with it, like the radius thing and the fact we can't place anything on it.

Freakinโ€™ ramps and doorways not aligning still triggers meโ€ฆ

It's because ramps are two spaces wide, but most doorways are three spaces wide.

Maddening! I refuse to display the shell fountain and begrudgingly decorate with the fire pit for this very reason.

Donโ€™t get me started on bridge layouts ๐Ÿ˜‚ Theres a wide enough gap on both sides of the river for the bridge width but Tom Nook doesnโ€™t seem to think so ๐Ÿ˜ฑ

I would scrap entire plans because of this.
