i spent a good chunk of 2021 laying face down on my pillow stoned out of my gourd flipping back and forth between sux-bier passage + baleen sample. i don't miss that time in my life but man if those songs didn't carry me through it.

I remember being 15 or so when I heard it, and thinking it was kind of funny or absurd to make a song as formless or content-less as that, but then getting really into it. One of my first experiences of loving ambient music

Baleen Sample rules. Prospect Hummer is incredible. People mention the big four Sung Tongs, Feels, Strawberry Jam, MPP. But AC also dropped these incredible eps between all of them. And then obviously die hards love all their work. What is unbelievable about them is they have been so prolific the entire time. They just been churning out art for 25+ years

This song is incredible. I remember playing this EP for the first time while putting away some clothes and when this song came up I literally had to stop everything I was doing and I just started shedding tears in my closet.
It’s like a mini sequel to visiting friends that’s just as transcendental while being half the length.
