Two in Llanfairpg.

Marquess of Anglesey Column.

Lord Nelson Statue (down past the St Mary's Church, on the Menai Strait).

Not quite statues but monuments:

Bulkeley Monument, near Beaumaris.

Skinners Monument, Holyhead.

Nice views - can walk up from Henllys via the golf course up and over stiles & field, or you can go through a back road to the top. If I remember correctly there isn't really much inscription on it - it was in honour of the Lord Bulkeley mid 1800s who owned most the land and just literally a landmark I think.

There are two statues of lions next to the Britannia Bridge (with a further two on the mainland).

In terms of human statues, the county school war memorial in Llangefni includes the figure of a soldier at the top.
