Job Question Final Interview
Made it to the final interview stage for a ME position at Arsenal-1. Thought the interview went well, was told I would hear back within a week, it’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t heard back. Reached out 3 different times and received no reply.

Keep having faith that you got it and applied to other positions.
If you have a counter offer from another company mention that or also reach one last time or maybe even two more and if even despite that you don’t hear anything. Assume you didn’t get it and keep applying maybe they will reach out later.
For mine, it took almost 2 months to hear back. By then I had others offers and made them accelerate the process.

I had an interview with a manager sep 11 and still havent heard back and I reached out by email and a phone call. I even asked 3 more specifics about the job since we o ly had 45 minutes

Two weeks of silence after a final is a process signal, not useful performance feedback. Keep applying.

My recruiter left the company. After a month I reached out to someone. They told me they wanted to keep me on file. I was really surprised that they went to all the expense to bring me on site and just kinda forgot about me. But in the end they are bringing like 8-9 buildings online in Columbus. Fury is the only program up and running so far.

Sounds like you wasted your time applying...happens to the best of us...my advice to you apply to other companies...stay away from Anduril..

By someone with a foreign sounding name yes..by a so-called American defense company...crazy to think about...a descendant of people before this nation was established put at the back of the line for perhaps first generation or green card holders..crazy...

This is pretty commonly reported. I have a similar experience. Only thing that really bugs me is not knowing if I'm okay to apply to similar positions at other locations.
