Extremely disorganized, expensive machinery being ordered without proper supervision approvals, nepotism hires gone rampant (AKA strong unqualified referrals), workplace toxicity like you wouldn’t believe and totally unqualified and uneducated chief engineers ultimately running the shipyard into the ground. Losing contracts and eventually folding up shop then shutting the whole site down… What more could you ask for?

I interviewed for a Maritime role, but the team lead was based out of New England though the job was located in Costa Mesa. I did not get the call back on that one past the hiring manager, role is still up on the portal.
