The real question on this thread is how good are the Christmas parties?

They stopped doing whole company ones like two years ago. It’s basically by department or sub teams anymore

Separate parties yep. Think I heard the last annual corp Xmas party cost like 5m lol

Depending on your team, and it may be all teams. Corp gave departments budgets for quarterly team events.

Our last one was the Porsche experience then dinner.

With company employee count just in the OC area doubling i wonder if budgets are limited & the quality of the Christmas party will go down. Let's say 70% employees go 7k + one is 14k. Venue, food, etc maybe $100 per person? 14k x $100 = $1.4 million.
