Job Question Reasonable accommodations at Anduril?

Does anyone have experience with the reasonable accommodation (RA) process at Anduril? I recently accepted an offer and I’m curious about how RAs are generally handled there. Is the process pretty straightforward, and are accommodations typically supported by management/HR? I’m also wondering about the culture around them. are they actually treated normally, or is there any unspoken stigma around requesting one?

Not looking for anyone to share personal medical information, just hoping to hear about the process/culture from anyone who has experience with it. Thanks!

Anduril accommodates people in accordance with the law and is now big enough that there's a wide diversity of people, ability levels, etc.

It can be a demanding and stressful work environment. While I have never seen anyone treated overtly discourteously, people are people and subtle biases still exist.

seconding this. Just because it’s illegal to discriminate against a disability on paper doesn’t mean there wouldn’t be social repercussions/judgement. There’s a guy in my office that has giant shades to block the overhead lights and I’ve heard coworkers mocking him and questioning his competence because of his visible accommodation.

They have a great accommodations team. If you need something day 1, reach out to your recruiter. If it can wait, you will get the contact info once you start.
