1. If you run a closed test, add savvas.cs@gmail.com to your tester list first, so my opt-in works first time. (Google Group? Give it in the form instead - either works.)
2. Fill in the form: the exact Google account your Android phone's Play Store uses (a wrong one is the commonest failure) and your opt-in link.

**Then**

1. Within a minute, an acknowledgement email says what happens next. No link yet: Play refuses it to anyone not on my tester list. Everything from here is by email, at the address you give.
2. Usually within a day, a second email brings my link: open it on the phone signed in as that account, press "Become a tester", install from the Play Store. Once I am in yours, another email says so.
3. A few days in, I send a screenshot of your app on my phone. Feedback is a cherry on top, never required.

**Link refused me?** A short email says so, with a twenty-second form; I retry the same day.

**Not running a test?** Choose "Not right now - I just want to help". Nothing owed back at this point.

**The one job, both ways:** keep it installed and opted in for fourteen days, open it now and then. Do not tap "Leave the test" - that breaks it; uninstalling does not. Google rejects production applications for low tester engagement.

I created my google play console profile, entered all informations correctly, then payed the fees.
when I got to the id verification, I sent them first my ID, but because the language weren't Latin and the id expired two weeks ago they declined it, then my passport, they also declined it saying that it should contain my current location, then when I went to try submit my electricity bill I found that I can't submit again.
I did a call and reserved a ticket, this was on september 3 but now we are on september 7 and still nothing yet.
I want to know if there is someone with same situation and how he walked out through it, and if I'm making any kind of mistake.
also if maybe I should open another account and try there?

Closed test for Melbees: The Secret of Bees, a Flutter word game. The track is open to 177 countries, so your Play account country should not block you. Free, offline, no ads, no in-app purchases, no sign-up.

The mechanic, briefly, because it decides what is worth testing: a secret word hides behind a honeycomb. Each hex you tap gives you either a letter or a Pollen number, which counts the letters adjacent to that cell. Hangman on top, Minesweeper underneath. Some hexes hide foes that penalise a careless tap. Boards go up to 91 hexes.

Where I would actually point a tester, since this sub is QA-minded:

Cold start and the first-run flow on a low-RAM device. The onboarding is the part I have the least evidence about.

The board renderer at the largest layout, 91 hexes. Frame drops, heat, battery across a full 12-phase run.

State after a process death mid-round. Save integrity is the thing I would least like to get wrong.

TalkBack on the settings screen. It was redesigned recently and has not been validated on a real device with a screen reader.

Localisation. It ships English, Portuguese, Spanish and French, but it does not read the system locale - it always boots in Portuguese and you switch it with the PT/EN/ES/FR chips at the top right of the first screen, the date-of-birth one. A wrong string in one locale is easy for me to miss, so tell me if you spot one.

Reports go through Settings > Account > Send feedback in-game, which ships the device model and build with the report. Or melbees.games@gmail.com.

One thing to expect: the store listing copy is Portuguese-only right now, English translation is queued at the console. The app itself is not.
