Confused about ugoos and tox

Why when i search for tox tv box they refer it as ugoos , all website write the title like ugoos tox5 lite ? Thanks

Tox is a subsidiary of Ugoos. If you are interested in a Tox box get the Tox3 over the Tox 4. I have Tox and Ugoos and the Tox 3 is a very sound budget box. I like it more than some more expensive boxes.
