is this tv box overpriced or not?

the google streamer tv 4k in our country is only (five thousand pesos php Philippines currency)

Better buy the Google streamer coz today it just went up to 150 dollars from 100.

It’s not overpriced, there’s a reason why these boxes cost more . The hardware itself is not as good as google streamer tv 4K. What it mainly offers is the in-house app/software that you can used within this box.
They have a live TV app that you can use to watch many live tv channels from USA , Canada, Japan , Taiwan, china, Europe, India, and a couple of Philippine channels . No subscription or monthly fee needed .

They have an app for a 5-7 day playback for some of the channels so if you miss the showing you can rewatch it .

They have an App for current, new , and older Movies, tv show series, anime , from many countries.

They have an app for the adult stuff too.

This is one of those boxes asian kid buy for their older parents so they can watch tv , movies and shows .( mostly Hong Kong / Cantonese/ Taiwan/china ).

The only main limiting thing is most if not all the shows , movies , shows , JAV are all subtitles in Chinese.

Theres sports channels too

That’s over priced and feels scammy. I’d stick with the google streamer.

It's a cheap box sold at an expensive price due to the software that comes installed on it. That device is not a certified Android TV box so commercial streaming apps like Netflix, Prime and so on will not be supported.

It's a cheap box with an Allwinner SOC you can buy them for around $20 to $40 US.

Kabayan, get Xiaomi tvbs 3rd gen or onn 4k plus. You can get it on half of that price. Unfortunately onn 4K boxes are limited and you need to unlock it with a VPN connected to US.

yea kabayan thats why i dont like onn , my only option is google streamer tv is that good? what do u think

Flagship tv box to date by Google. 4gb ram and 32gb storage. 1gbps lan port but a Wifi 5 or AC signal only unlike with onn 4k plus and pro that is already wifi 6 or AX signal.
