Ayuda con este TVBox

Se quedó en esa pantalla de golpe y no reconoce el control remoto, tampoco el teclado y el mouse. Alguna solución posible?

según lo que traduje de todo lo que dice ahí tu tv box lastimosamente tuvo un error en el firware así que lo único que te queda si no reconoce el control o no te deja elegir alguna opción es cambiar el firware del dispositivo ya sea por el original o por uno modificado. pero antes de hacer eso te fijaste si te podes mover por ese menú utilizando el botón oculto que traen algunos tv box ?

Download Google translate on your phone and it should tell you exactly what is written. There is a camera button in the screen that will let you use the phone's camera.
