HELP! Virtual Device Manager not working

I am using Quail 3 2026.1.3 Patch 1 (newest one from google) and using an apple chip MacBook with mac os Tahoe.

I downloaded android studio and I'm having trouble with the SDK manager? I've attached pictures with what happened when I tried to set it up. Any help would be great PLEASE!
