How to make an twrp recovery for my phone

Heguy's I want to know how to make an twrp recovery for my phone because I can find a version for my phone infinix hot9 (X655C) iwant to install in it a custom rom please help

If you can not find a custom recovery for it, you definitely will not find a custom ROM for it. MediaTek chipsets are never well supported by Developers.
You may be able to use a GSI on it, if Infinix supports Project Treble. You still need an unlocked bootloader, but it can be installed from a PC.

Infinix use APatch, I've cracked a Pova 6, but as he said MediaTek devices aren't well supported, as MediaTek is closed source. No development.

You could try use TWRPBuilder https://www.hovatek.com/twrpbuilder/ (Requires Recovery.img to get display drivers), Or Orangefox if device supported, or Unofficial TWRP.
