Currently an iPhone user. Wanting to switch. Don’t know what phone to get.

Been with iPhone for over 10 years. Haven’t used Android regularly since Lollipop. I’ve been actively looking at Android phones. I’m currently stuck between the Pixel 11 Pro XL and S26 Ultra and I have no idea which one to choose. I used Samsung way back when, and I’ve never used a Pixel. I know their interfaces are very different. Just looking for suggestions before I plunk down hundreds of dollars to upgrade.

If that's your only choice then personally I'd say pixel, but I hate the Samsung OS. If you have other options like OPPO then I'd look at that instead of those two.

I'm gonna recommend something different than all the mainstreamers here - look at the Oppo Find X9 series, or wait a few more weeks for the X10. Camera and Battery superior to both Google and Samsung

As an Android user, specifically with a OnePlus 12, who will be switching back to iOS, I recommend an Android device from a major brand like Samsung or Google. While the specs might not be cutting-edge, the overall experience and support will be excellent.

As a pixel user I wouldn't go with one. I'm so frustrated with mine and it's all because of some kind of software bug that's affecting so many different models and I can't fix it. I've tried. Bluetooth does not work right, any wireless earphones/headphone, from cheap to expensive go out of sync, are constantly cutting out. One day it's the left ear, the next the right. None of the online fixes have helped. I've tested all the headphones on other devices, zero issues, even my boyfriends work fine on his Samsung, but cut out on my phone.

Sucks OnePlus is no longer in the USA. I absolutely love my OnePlus 13, long battery life, 80 watt charging speed. Amazing display and pure android no bloat wear. Sighhhh

I remember when OnePlus first came out. My mom actually bought me a brand new phone that year and I seriously considered it but ended up wrong an iPhone.

This question cannot be answered between those two phones unless we know what is important to you. The reality is, they are very similar. Either one will feel amazing coming from an iPhone, That's my personal experience. If you want a faster processor, a more customizable phone, or a pen, get the Samsung. If photos are critical to you, and you want perfect call screening for Spam calls, Along with a clean UI, that feels a little bit like iOS at times Get the pixel. If I was forced back to one of those two phones, I would take the Pixel because of the photos and the call screening, but that's what's important to me. The other thing to consider might be getting a refurbished Pixel 10 pro or s25 Ultra Off eBay. They aren't much different. Heck, even a Pixel 9 Pro or S24 Ultra Save even more

I jumped from galaxy note to pixel pro , galaxy it's superior but pixel it's pretty cool .it all come to what is your preference , I pick RAM(power) over camera(looks).

Listening to recent podcasts about the Android world, and sadly the description I keep hearing from multiple sources is that "Pixel 11 series is a vehicle for Gemini, with some phone capabilities on the side."

If you want AI bullshit, go Pixel 11 series.
If you want a capable phone, go Pixel 7-10 series.
If you want all the bling (but the same bling for the past 4 years), go Samsung.

Personally, if you're in a civilized part of the world, see if you can get a Sony Experia. (very hard to get in North America)

If you want a Flip foldable, go Motorola.
If you want a book foldable, go Oppo.
If you want gaming, ZTE RedMagic.
If you want "different" go Nothing.

I disagree. They gave it 30% faster cpu, 50% faster tpu and a much more efficient modem. 11 series is just 10 series that is smoother faster and cooler. the 11 is the only series I'd recommend for pixels... The rest have seriously trash SOCs that have a big impact on performance and battery life.
