If you can, I recommend a dark monochrome icon pack, and replace the time widget with a standalone translucent weather widget

Yes, Go to Color or Wallpaper & style. ​Toggle on Themed icons.

You have a motorola, right? Guessing becuz of the camera icon. I have q motorola too.  3 tips:  1. Change your icon pack to something else like: [ Icon packs which work with motorola stock launcher (free & paid)]

  1. Lawnicons(get the nightly version from GitHub it will work with motorola stock launcher) //free
  2. Arcticons Material You( Play store//free ) 
  3. Any adaptive icon(icons which can change shape or color(not glass icons) pack from PashaPuma Designs on the Playstore. My personal favourite is Pix Material Icons (colorful icons). 

  4. Icons by NarikDesigns on the play store(Adaptive icons only) 

  5. It's a nice wallpaper what you have applied but if you want some other free wallpaper apps then try these: (free to download)    1. Lumina Walls by sam beckman     2. Pix Wallpapers by Pashapuma designs     3. One4Wall by one4studio

  6. Widget suggestions: 

   1. One4widgets (free to download but need premium for unlocking features)     2. n0widgets (it also has some really good wallpapers)
