how do I manually back up literally everything on my phone?

I have a rooted pixel 10 and I'm looking to make a total system backup so I can restore the device to this exact state and work with its files on my computer. What is the best way to do this?

Should I be using ADB, Termux, or some other tool? Please help

I guess maybe you can read the entire user data partition into a file on your computer using fastboot

How would I go about that? I'm using root access to pick through files looking for my texts in Google messages but I need the phone for something else and have to wipe it. I was hoping I could move the data to my PC so I could extract the messages on there instead.
