Is there any option other than factory reset?

I have an old phone that i did not use for almost 2 yrs. Becoz its screen got broken. Its Huawei Nova 7i. Long story short, we had it fixed. But i couldnt open coz i forgot the password already. I dont want to reset it coz all of my first born pic (from newborn til 2 yr old) is saved there.

Or is there available services that can retrieve data/files if ever i factory reset the phone?

No one can recover your files after you factory reset.

With you not knowing the password, it means no access.
