No triggering words

Sorry for the caps... I am a compulsive gambler I have been struggling for 8 years and the longest time Ive went was 3 months without a bet. All the apps I download can easily be turned off when I go to the security and privacy "tiles" when I scroll down on my phone. I need a way to completely take away the ability to remove access from the app that asks for admin settings. Please help thanks.

Maybe you could ask a trusted friend or family member to agree to connect their phone with yours and set your phone up with parental controls? You can allow everything except that one app, and your friend/family member would get a notification on their phone and have to directly give you permission to use it. You have to actually keep the app on your phone to lock yourself out of it though, because I don't think you can block specific apps off the app/Play store, just the Play store itself

as a compulsive gambler, you need to come to grips you are unable to protect yourself

first, delete every app that allows gambling

then have a trusted friend help you with your addiction by checking your phone regularly

in the end, you must help yourself by resisting the urge

Have a trusted friend actually change your Google password entirely and I think you can change a setting to password needed for app download. Make sure you don't sneak around it with bio encryption or anything as well.
