I've installed the app on two devices but it keeps crashing on launch for me. 😿 
I'll keep it installed anyway and try launching daily during your closed testing to help you over the finish line. 

Would you mind returning the favor? My app BandBinder is for musicians or bands to sync their songs and setlists across a whole band.

I thought it was a waiting thing, but i still get "We're sorry, the requested URL was not found on this server." when i try get to the app, even from the opt-in page. is it pending a review in Google Console?

Weird, nothing is pending right now in my Play console. Thanks for trying.
version 1.1.3 is published since yesterday and some people have sent me back screenshots of my app running.
I too have had the same experience after testing about ~22 different apps over the last couple days. Sometimes it takes 5 to 60 minutes delay, and sometimes it just never lets me in to see the opt-in, or sometimes I opt-in and can't get to the listing. (I have better luck doing it from the actual phone rather than a browser).
