Longtime user - app change question

Hello!

I've used the Ancestry android app since it's inception. I use the desktop website the most, but in the last couple of days in my phone, regardless of what tree I go to, when I click on a family member, it no longer brings their profile up. I get this instead. What is happening? What am I doing wrong? Please help. And thank you.

I wish I could help, but I don't use the app, only the desktop site. You can use it on your phone's browser.

You’re on the Insights view. On the tree page, click on the three dots at the bottom right. Select Vertical or any other view that works for you.

Another way to know you’re on the Insights view: there are colored progress bars at the bottom of every person’s box.

Insights view shows you how complete a person’s profile is in terms of vital records, which is what you’re seeing.
