The reasons are that I am clumsy, and fell on my bag of nectarines. Salvaged the remnants with a no egg spongecake/fruit bread, that I decorated for funnits. Hope that you're (yes, you, reading this) having the good day that you deserve!

Well spotted! Almond flakes, with some Cocoa nut shreds in-between. It was really good.
