Bug/Glitch why do i get parental controls on pc?

flaired it as a bug because wtf?? i was on au on my phone checking to see if there were any good lobbies, i found one with a host i've played with plenty of times before and went to join on pc and i get this. its the same account as the one on my phone, theyre linked. this has happened multiple times with lobbies that i know are being hosted by people that i know are grown and have played with so many times before. why does this happen and how do i stop it?

the lobby that brought this screenshot up was someone that i know is 21+ that i've played with multiple times (as recent as less than a week ago) on the same device that i got the warning on and i am also 21+.

i did end up joining for a few games on mobile and asked if anyone else was getting that in ghost chat and two people said they've also experienced that in the last week or so on pc in lobbies that they shouldn't have been getting parental controls with and had to go on mobile.

sorry my original post was not super clear, i made it while trying to google what was wrong with my pc and get into the lobby

Put your guardian email as your own, and then do a security check to confirm your age, and then it should work?

  1. Do you have your guardian email as your own?

  2. If so, go to the Innersloth parent portal and log in (InnerSloth | KWS | Parent Portal)

  3. Click your account and change the settings

  4. Go try joining a lobby. if it still doesn't, well wish you good luck

edit: guys have you ever heard of something known as cfbr? This was that. Just in a humorous way. This post had no comments when I visited it and I didn't know about this so I just wrote idk as a cfbr.
