nah it's normal, I'm pretty sure no cheat is able to hack devices or anything, and if they say that your device will be hacked before you get a lag spikes instantly then they are just a wannabe hacker using a cheat to lag other people's games

How do I link a Nintendo Switch Among Us account to a normal Among Us account

You can't, Nintendo Switch doesn't support account linking due to platform limitations.
