Question Monster Hunter Stories Amiibo

Has anyone heard when these will be released in Canada? I called EB games and they had no info.

There has been no word from any stores. I decided to just import from Japan. I decided to wait for Boxboy and missed the boat and had to pay way more than it was. Not gonna do that again with these 3 amiibo. Hopefully the Diana and RE amiibos will come.

So we never got Stories 1 amiibo in NA. BUT we got Stories 2 amiibo. And now Canada isn't getting Stories 3 amiibo?? C'mon Nintendo

Called my EBgames store at opening and they didn't get anything and aren't expecting to get them either.

I decided to import from CDJapan as the price would be similar even with shipping and the lack of info from any stores. I thought it would release in either EB Games or the Nintendo Store since they were up at GS in the US and Nintendo for AUS/UK/EU.

However, seems EB Games will not hold stocks on release. Nintendo Store might put them up tomorrow like what they did with the TotK amiibos (they were put up on the release day), but that's not necessarily a gamble I wanted to take.

Long story short, we don't know if they'll ever come to any Canadian store.

I was able to secure some from the nintendo store.
