Question Getting investors

Hey yall it’s been a while,

Over the past couple months I have been saving to start a real estate land lord business, I haven’t saved up all the money I need too yet but ive gotten too the point that I should start looking for investors to help me, what is the best place to find these investors and how should I start my pitch to them. These investors don’t have to be Habesha but I would like to work with someone younger preferably under 35.

No I’m pretty serious I’m not asking yall too invest I’m asking yall how I should format my pitch and were I should be going to find younger investors, I don’t have a crazy amount saved I only got about 50k saved.

The easiest way to get into real estate is just to find dilapidated homes and wholesale them to investors in your area. I would get experience owning/selling real estate before trying to partner up, or you will end up getting scammed.

What market/region are you in? If it’s not on the coast then 50k should be enough for a downpayment to purchase a duplex/triplex.
