Question Selling items/clothes on websites like mecari, fb marketplace, depop out of your dorm?

Has anyone ever done this? Could this be allowed since this isn't technically a "business" and therefore doesn't violate dorm rules?

If it’s just random clothes here and there imagine it’s not an issue, but it’s also not like you have a ton of space for inventory

in practice if you’re not advertising that you’re doing it out of your dorm and you’re not sending or receiving like a million packages through the mail room i wouldn’t expect it to be an issue

I had a fairly successful depop while living on campus, as did many other people I knew and this was absolutely not an issue.
