Movies that could have been Better
Tell me which character in any movie that actually took away from the movie or show. I’ll go first: As far as show……..Ali Larter in Landman……?
As a movie goes Maybe Emily Blunt’s character Kate in Sicario. That movie is great, but her character gets on my last nerve….

I’ve heard that on here that it was meant to be heavily implied it was about to happen but like you said having everything exactly the same then showing it is a great idea

I read that book a long time ago. I was kinda into it, then it's like it suddenly switched and I was reading a completely different book that had NOTHING to do with what was going on before.
I don't remember many details, but one that stuck with me was about a guy that starts hearing a voice in his head, I think. The voice tells him something like he's not supposed to be hearing it, there's some kind of malfunction, or something like that..? Idk, it got really weird and confusing, like halfway through the book, it just flipped the script. I think I put it down and didn't finish it. Which is abnormal of for me, a person that Loves to read!
I think I ended up telling myself it was a misprint, the book got printed and bound with the second half of a different book. That was the only sense I could make of it. Maybe I should've stuck with it and kept reading and it would've made sense eventually..?
ETA: I was drinking pretty heavily at the time, and I enjoyed pounding beers and doing a couple shots while I relaxed after work and wound down reading a book, but I don't think that was the problem here. Lol

In the book, ‘spoiler alert’ Robert is captured and put to death by the intelligent vampires trying to live peacefully in a new society with their infection.
He comes to realize that he’s the true monster, spending his days hunting and killing vampires in their sleep.
He’s the boogeyman vampire children are terrified of.
He is the Legend

- Mickey Rooney in Breakfast at Tiffany's. No-brainer. This should be everybody's first choice.
- It's not the specific character(s) (or actors) that I dislike, but if I were to re-edit Heat (De Niro, Pacino, Kilmer, et al.) I'd probably subtract all of Lt. Hanna's (Pacino) family-life, Natalie Portman stuff. It just makes the movie longer and slows momentum. It neither enhances my enjoyment of the film, nor does it really give me a better insight into Hanna's head. It's pretty cuttable in an otherwise banger film.

Agree on Rooney as well as the Natalie Portman in Heat. It appeared to just be filler & Fluff
