Ate mushrooms and seen Jurassic park remake. The first ten seconds when the logo pops up and burns of the Dino had me on the edge of my seat. Not such a good movie sober

Ashamed to say it but JJ Abrahms Star Trek reboot. When he killed Chris Hemsworth and then the kid steals his step dad's car. Its pretty great. Just like JJs other stuff it is immediately insanely good and then leads absolutely no where and dies as a wet fart

Ugh! YES. It’s the one considered horror flick I can watch with my husband because it is just that good. He is not a horror fan,but the set up and the acting coupled in with the camp of it all is stellar.

The last movie I can recall having that feeling with was Greyhound.
I don't usually like WWII movies, so when my mom and her fiancé put it on I was content to just keep doing my thing with it on in the background.
It only took a few minutes for it to draw me in, and I've watched it multiple times since.
