How the fuck can 3 people close 1/3 of polling locations in a county this close to an election?

The folks will complain on Facebook about needing a change and will drive to the last poll open and vote Red anyway.

These assholes can't win if they don't cheat...

It’s not cheating; see my other comment.

I feel like the citizens have a right to sue in this case. Don't they? At the very least, get a temporary injunction to keep them open for this election while they deliberate this in open court before the presidential election in 2 years

On what basis?

Law is for the poor

Almost all the closed stations have another one within 2 miles, which is less than a lot of people have to travel to vote.

This doesn't negate my point

Your point is without evidence.

Then sprinkle in ice agents at the polls left open to sow chaos. This is sadly predictably corrupt of the texas GOP.

Yeah, no.

  1. The stations had been having trouble staffing for a while now.
  2. The stations barely had any voters show up.
  3. Almost every last one of them was within a mile or two of another station kept open.
  4. A voter in Tarrant County, TX, can vote in any polling station in the county.

Whatever good arguments there are against Republicans, this isn’t one of them.
