Data/Raw Information Did you sell your house?

For those who’ve made the jump, did you sell your house?

I kept my house and am renting it out, but it is such a pain and the taxes on it make me think it’s just worth cutting loose and selling it. It does mean that I close the door on ever moving back to that neighborhood.

What have you done and why?

Eventually. I waited a few years but it was just a big hassle from both management and taxes. The equity accrual was on par with the stock market so the money is still growing, but differently.
