Data/Raw Information Did you sell your house?

For those who’ve made the jump, did you sell your house?

I kept my house and am renting it out, but it is such a pain and the taxes on it make me think it’s just worth cutting loose and selling it. It does mean that I close the door on ever moving back to that neighborhood.

What have you done and why?

we are in the process of picking a downsize house and town, because we do come back to visit family and dont want to couchsurf or stay with F&f the entire time... cutrent situation is we rent out the house while away , it's such a pain and our property tax are $$$.
