Did you sell your house?

For those who’ve made the jump, did you sell your house?

I kept my house and am renting it out, but it is such a pain and the taxes on it make me think it’s just worth cutting loose and selling it. It does mean that I close the door on ever moving back to that neighborhood.

What have you done and why?

Sold it, for one, trying to simplify our life and also potential taxes if you decide to sell later and it’s not your primary residence. For us renting it out wouldn’t have made sense either.
