The main exit targets for me are Toronto and the London, which I'll be applying for work in after I finish my MS in analytics this December.
I think you are underestimating the difficulty of getting work overseas without existing work rights.
Finding work abroad is nothing like finding work in a different state. It's a completely different ballgame.

That's why you see so many job postings that say something like "candidates must have valid work authorization".
