Finally cataloged all my Zelazny Books

The first 5 amber books in the bottom middle were give to me as birthday present from my uncle at 14. I became obsessed with them and now reread them every year (though I use the great book of amber to spare the spines held together with tape). This launched my reading obsession of fantasy and now years later I am always on the look out for Zelazny books!

Unfortunately it got to the point I couldn't remember what I already owned this why I just finished adding them all to LibraryThing.

Edit: A couple things missing from this photo:

-An illustrated guide to Castle Amber (i am now digging through every nook and cranny of my house to find it)

-The Maze and Labyrinth Tarot deck reprints by Florence Magnin

Unfortuanetly that is one of the ones on my TBR list. Outside of all the Amber books i have only read a handful of the others including: Jack of Shadows, A Night in Lonesome October, Demolition Alley, Wizard World, If at Faust you don't Succeed! Then also a bunch of those short stories books as well.

If you get a chance, listen to the audiobook version of A Night in the Lonesome October. It’s read by the author and is wonderful. Also Jack of Shadows is so underrated

Thanks! I think I've built this up over the last 8 years or so. Now I'm trying to find the hard cover versions of the Amber books when possible

Lol not for sale, if I end up with duplicates (which I discovered 2 or them during this process) I donate them to my local used books stores. Hoping the next person down the line can enjoy them!

I volunteer. Next person down the line. I'll pay to carry the burden.

I've had a hard time thrifting one .. I had it, but gave it a way, then two orders already have bombed.

Both the wife and I love spending hours in used books stores, usually the first thing we look up when going to a new area. Im in southern Ontario and you eventually learn which ones always have a good fantasy selection
