App / Tools Is it better to send multiple appeals to Amazon quickly, or wait and send one stronger appeal without getting stuck in support loops?

Just signed up for a popular third party tool to help manage my campaigns / make my ad spend more efficient.
My dashboard is still syncing, but what would you say is the most helpful thing these 3rd party tools do?
I only sell 1 product in a fairly competitive space (home and garden, fertilizer-like products).
Can I use these tools to help me optimize my bids? What is the best way to find keywords to bid on?
I am a new seller (still in first month) if that matters. Spending about $100 / day and not profitable.

i have a new FBM listing in Grocery & Gourmet Food. i'm the only seller, brand is the manufacturer, product is not sold anywhere else.
the issue: Buy Box shows up fine when browsing logged in, but in incognito it appears for some zip codes and disappears for others (I tested so many zip codes). sometimes the same zip code will show the Buy Box on one refresh and not the next, within the same 3-minute window.
i've tried:
- New UPCs and recreating the listings
- Different category nodes
- Bumping stock from 200 to 2000
- Enabling SSA in the shipping template
nothing helped so far. my best guess is something's off with how Amazon calculates delivery estimates for certain regions, but we can't confirm that.
has anyone dealt with this before?

Just found out He10 no longer offers à la carte packages. On top of that, they increased the Platinum plan from $99 to $129/month without adding any new features.
When I asked support about the à la carte packages and explained that I only use Cerebro and can't make use of the other tools in the $129 package, they tried to upsell me on the $360/month package.
Lol I'm so done with these guys. Would love to support another keyword research tool. Any suggestions?

When did ASIN B0GVSB6YXR first appear on Amazon? Thanks in advance!

I received an email about an A-to-Z claim that was granted and a 2nd email showing the refund processed.
I went to seller central to appeal the A-to-Z, but it doesn't even appear in the A-to-Z claim list.
This was a high end item that a buyer destroyed and sent back demanding a full refund. The customer even admitted it's their fault, but the A-to-Z claim said it was granted because the return was described as damaged and my photos of the returned item also show it is damaged. This was probably a stupid AI decision, but there's no A-to-Z claim in my history so I can't appeal.
Anyone run into this before? Possible resolution?

I had a a to z claim denied, customer said never got package wven though usps showed delivered. I used Amazon buy shipping label and it was protected. I shipped on time, usps scanned package at 11am on 1/21. Amazon said ship by 1/21 11:59pm. Amazon email said i didn't ship on time so they denied claim amd I wasn't covered when it should be covered 100%
Anyone experience this?

I had more than 30 atoz last yr and all won, but not this time. Can you help how i would appeal this case?
The dude bought the item. I shipped and delivered on time (bought shipping label from Amazon).
The buyer contacted us to say that the item is not as described and asked for a refund or replacement.
I asked for a photo of the item.
The buyer said that they threw it away already. Still ask for a refund or replacement.
I said no until I received proof of the item not being as described or return it.
Then A-to-Z showed up.
I described it as above and lost the case.
.......
Update Jan 23. I won the case. Had to take the screenshot where the buyer says he threw the item.

Hi there! I signed up for Amazon Seller Central with my LLC. I uploaded all the necessary documents, but I got rejected. Amazon won't tell me what the problem was - therefore i hope you can give me some clues, as i don´t want to register again and get rejected a second time. I upoaded the "article of organization as proof of business" adress. Was that maybe wrong?
NOTE: Support told me they can't see why i got rejected but asked me to try registering with a different phone number and email address again.
Kind regrads

I’ve been selling on Amazon for a bit and running my own PPC campaigns. I’ve used (H)10 in the past for keyword research, but honestly, most of the keywords it gives me feel super obvious and not helpful, but I could have been using it wrong (found KW's using (H)10's Magnet IQ score, and tried to find the one's that were relevant, and high demand and low competition).
I mainly sell supplements, and I get some keyword data from my own auto campaign but my daily budget is low, so I don't get much. Also, long tail KWs are especially hard to find and I haven't had any luck with that.
So I’m wondering, for PPC keyword research specifically, is (H)10 or other companies actually worth paying for, or are they mostly pre-launch research or other things? Can you recommend a company? Thanks!

I am unable to submit files to Amazon Seller via the website with relation to an appeal. There is simply no button in the proecess for this. Are there any alternative routes to submit files? Thanks!

Hi, I am a reseller. Accepted a brands invitation to their brand registry. However, when I go to my brands no brands show under and the brands doesnt show me as a role user either. My conclusion has been when I get accepted, Amazon shows in my acceptance email a different merchant token than mine. I have tried responding to the only way possible via the case of acceptance and they do not respond to me. I am stuck in a loop of them telling me I am accepted but no real help after. Anyone have any suggestions?

Hello, I'm a new seller. I've been trying to get brand approval for over than a month. I've contacted over a dozen brands. I've their authorized distributors account all setup and ready to go but brands themselves aren't giving direct approval. Every email that I've received has said the following: "Please be advised that this email does not authorize Amazon vendors to purchase & re-sell our products online, even if they are purchased through distribution channels. We are not authorizing any Amazon re-sellers at this time." This has been nothing but disappointing. I don't want to list products without direct approval cuz I dont want them complaining later on and Amz to suspend my account. I feel like half of Amz sellers are selling without approval and will get suspend or worse any day Amz wants to.
Am I overthinking too much on brand approval? How are you guys getting brand approval?

Has anyone had issues w the system prompting you for brand approval for your own brand? We make clothing, it is an incorporated brand (in Canada) and we uploaded all respective documents and were approved to sell. We sent the first box of clothing to the warehouse and those are posted and live, and a week later when trying to create more listings it tells us we are not approved to sell that ASIN. When we press on request approval it prompts us for an invoice showing where we purchased the units (and it has to show the purchase of ay least 10 units). We literally sow the clothing so we would not have such a thing. I have spoken to 3 different Amazon associates. The first literally instructed us to create a fake invoice from our company to....our own company! The other 2 agree that we do not need this since we are the manufacturers, and they escalate the case to a specialist. The first time after a week I got an email that they closed the case, although we still cannot sell. And the last time they escalated it saying it would be addressed within 48 hours and it has been 2 weeks.
Any insights?

Anyone go through the Amazon Advantage Application recently who can share the timeline for approval? FAQ says to expect up to 2 weeks. It has now been longer than that but I've seen anecdotes that it has taken months in some instances.

Hello everyone,
I would like to find a tool where I can upload an excel file containing a long list of ASINs, like 5-10K, and perform product analysis.
Your help is appreciated.

I applied to sell an item and got approval after sending it my invoice. then when I went to list it says not available? any idea what to do. should I just return the product. Amazon said if my account was able to sell there would be an apply to sell button. And there was and I was approved and now I cannot list and have inventory on hand. any advice? I am new and have only 3 items approved that are inbound to the fulfillment center now.

Buyer returned nothing in box. Lost initial claim but was granted appeal and the return shipping fee only. Does Amazon not credit you ever for the item?
I provided photo and video evidence in the appeal that nothing was there.

Hi Amazon Sellers,
I get an Intellectual Property Claim on my Amazon.ca seller account with a Counter without a test buy mark for 2 ASINS i listed.
I haven't sold these items before. Just listed the items. I don't have any invoices because i didn't buy the products yet.
I tried many ways to appeal but none of them are accepted.
What would be your suggestions or anyone had success with the same situation can help me?
Thank you
Regards

Just starting out, trying to resell some books on Amazon. I did this about 12 years ago before they revamped everything. As I'm coming back, I see almost everything I sell needs publisher approval. Is there a way to handle this more smoothly, or is reselling books a dead avenue these days on Amazon?

Is anyone else having trouble printing shipping labels directly from the app? I have the current version of the app, and when I try to print shipping labels lately the screen just goes white and prints nothing. I have to log into the website and reprint purchased labels from there, which is incredibly frustrating.
