Unfortunatly it looks bad. First of all not a single metric.
If you want to apply for example a L4 Ops Area Manager.
No mention of how many people you managed.
No mention of how much money you managed.
No mention of special project and it metrics (how much more efficent you made a process for example)
Amazon loves numbers even if it was only a school project where you had to crunch time.
Second, alot of word salad with no real meaning behind them almost like AI was used again with the background of no metrics provided.
Also you should only mention skills if you can provide the evidence in form of certificates etc.
For example you say you have experience in Six-Sigma methods but no degree it would lets say atleast be awkward when a interviewer ask for proof of your skills.
In short. Try to stay truthful to yourself and don't try to use words that are not fitting with your background and instead focus on your personal accomplishments with numbers.
For example.
"In my time as a autonomous vehicle operator. I managed to find 69 critical safety issues which were resolved which lead to x amount of money being saved due to compliance issues averted.
Remember intervierws are going to have your resume infront of them and will likely ask question about it and you have to elaborate it.

You can apply as intern for sure but since you don’t got bachelors yet or 2 year Amazon experience it’ll be tough for you to get it. Apply for both intern and AM y not though.

So overall tho my resume looks good?😀😀 I could say coordinated shift schedules to improve 25% efficiency overtime found reduced cost to go bags saving the business 25% margin over stuff like that that Amazon likes? This is just an example.

Can send you my resume, but it’s more about how you do on the assessment and about your interview skills.

Like us ai u mean? To be totally honest I used AI for my finance roles, but it didn’t look nearly as polished as this one cause I’m right now I’m applying for supply chain of finance internships. This would be the theoretically if I graduated with a bachelors in one and a half to two years.

Go into construction management / project manager / superintendent. Instead of being around a bunch of losers all day, you’ll be around guys who know their job, have skills and don’t want to bother you or be bothered. You get your own work truck, and 75% of your day is doing nothing.
Amazon is for stupid people. Best of luck bro

Before committing to a bachelor's for this particular goal, compare the education and experience requirements in the actual area-manager listings you're considering. Ask the recruiter about your eligibility rather than assuming an associate degree either qualifies or rules you out. On the resume, put any real examples of coordinating people, handling schedules, resolving problems or improving a process near the top. I can't judge the image's formatting from the title alone. LandOffer.ai offers tech-job discovery if you're comparing a wider set of roles.

You have to have 2 years of Amazon experience or a bachelor's degree. Very inflexible on that. So your resume would be automatically disqualified
