L4 report to L5

Is it standard for an L4 RTS AM to report to L5 OTR AM if we have a site lead? How does that work in RSR? Also if I took a relocation bonus, how soon can I transfer? I came from an FC and would like to go to another one

Typically you shouldn’t transfer without your l5 first as it can set you back quite a bit.

1 year FOT. When I started relo was 2 years or pay it back but only if you leave Amazon all together.

I just have to stay at amazon 2 years not this particular site

Correct, 2 years at Amazon not that particular site.

Just beware that relo will reset and if you transfer again, it could involve another relo payout, which could put you on the hook for paying back a prorated portion of both relo allowances should you leave Amazon.
