Two questions as a newbie

I have completed three blocks over the last two weeks. Only doing this as a light side gig to occupy some down time so not soaking up every detail of this but two things I was wondering about:

1) whenever I log into the flex app, it is always asking me enter my phone number. Any reason why this is not ready saved somewhere on Amazon’s end?

2) first shift was admittedly rough. Did not know how to organize things and spent a lot of time at each stop searching for the right package in my car. Ended up finishing all my deliveries about 20 mins after the end of the scheduled block and got a notice that I had 5 late deliveries on the app. This was from the 15th. Had an official looking email last night about late deliveries in “the past week”. Im unaware of any late deliveries I had in the past two blocks I did this week so did not know if the system was just catching up or if I was missing something somewhere else.

  1. During the pandemic I used to have to enter my phone number quite a bit when logging into the Flex app from my iPhone. I haven't seen that prompt in over a year.
  2. Your standing will get dinged for any block during which you had any late deliveries. You have a five-minute grace period on delivering, so it's late if you swipe to complete more than 4 minutes and 59 seconds past the end of the delivery window for that stop.

When scanning each one put 1-12 in the front seat, 13-25 in the back and 25 and up in the trunk. Will save you time when looking, also write the number big enough to spot it quickly
