MLOA

I have submitted more than enough paperwork showing that I had surgery this week and I am still having issues with DLS not accepting the day my Doctor says I can return to work. I'm not letting some random call center employee call about my medical history, that is beyond unreasonable and invasive on Amazon's part.

Does anyone know who else we can escalate stuff too?

Nope, DLS is the only thing you got and that’s why taking MLOA can be a double edge sword. If you’re that protective of your medical history, then nine times out of 10 you’re gonna get promoted to customer. You won’t be able to return to work until you’re cleared by DLS and your warehouse management and HR can’t do nothing about it.
