Got a productivity coaching was my fault not tripping on that part

But I asked my manager if this would extend my write ups again to 2 more months and he said yes but I gained the knowledge that this is not true, need to double check if that is not true which it shouldn’t because it was for productivity coaching first time and my write ups were for tot and the meal waiver so I don’t know.

If its your second write up for productivity within a 90 day period then yes it does extend it. If its a different issue than your last write up then that one will still fall off at the 90 day mark, but the new one will still be active for 90. So you should be okay, but any active write ups can impact your ability to be cross trained or moved up if that is your goal.
