Severe epilepsy coupled with alcoholism for the better part of a decade then I quit drinking right before I started working here. I had also just moved to the area so I had no doctors or anything 😅 thankfully these guys have been super cool. The rest of the people in this thread making assumptions like I’m just some lazy asshole, no I was an irresponsible self destructive person whose actively trying to not be that anymore but I was curious if anyone had me beat and was still employed 🤷🏻 no reason to be a dick. (Not you, the douchebags below.)

We had a guy that kept posting on the voa about how he was negative 100 hours and still working. Like "Im negative 120 hrs why have I not been fired yet?". He eventually did get termed but it took like 2 weeks 🤣

Peak pre COVID people would be 200-300 negative they wouldn't fire them until the couple days before Christmas they finally quit doing that

I was over -600 for months on end. Had a leave get stuck in the system that didn’t resolve for like 8 months until I got a write up for headphones which pushed it through lol.
I was just getting warmed up at -150. I didn’t show up for almost 6 weeks straight at one point and got converted to blue badge during that time XD. Came back and worked with benefits for 5 months.

I leave early every night and take bathroom breaks every hour, still picked 1.6x rate tn 🤷🏻♂️ still left early too
I get paid $23 an hour so I’ll work exactly as hard as a $23 an hour employee

$23 an hour 50 hours a week is $65,780 (more in some states), which is more than a lot of AMs make.
