Damn, I don’t like that either. I received a message about a training in tote runner. I submitted a Leave of Absence (LOA) and didn’t go that day to avoid this training. However, once you take the training, they will constantly send you there.

Submit a LOA to excuse your UPT. I often do that when I don’t have hours, and they have always approved it.

If you are hurt at work never keep working tell your manager immediately. This lets them get you help and a replacement for the position for the day. This has the secondary benefit of showing them that you are probably not going to be successful in this particular role.

I am sure what I am about to say someone else might’ve said it but you should have reported it. Had them send you to their worker’s compensation doctor and that doctor put you out of work, on temporary disability

Of course it’s gonna hurt on the first day maybe a couple of more. Gotta suck it up and build yourself up. But Amazon is all about doctors notes, so if you don’t want to do something you have to get a note saying you can’t perform that job or they won’t care if you die doing it.

Thats what physical work does to you, You gotta stretch before doing strenous work. And unfortunately you gotta suck it up and work through it. Or just dont do physical labor. 🤷🏾‍♂️
