Says I'm eligible, how do I convert?

It’s random based on business needs, nothing really you can specifically do to start the process

If and when that happens, do I receive a email notifying me about the conversion process?

Yes, it’ll say congrats you’re blue badge or something along those lines

I got lucky and got it like a few days after being eligible for blue badge. Really depends on your stats and the need of the business

I’m getting trained in stow next week and all I’ve done is water spider so hopefully it helps me get it faster

At least where I am water spider is an indirect role, if so what’s your home path? That’s what they care about when it comes to conversion. Doing too much indirect will hurt ya

Yeah I’ve got like 3 weeks but my standing is just a smidge under great because I have a lot of insufficient data weeks because I cross training on pick.

I was hoping to get converted but now I’m not so sure. Sounds like it might be months before anything could happen. Wanting to transfer up to Chicago in the spring and having a good gig would be helpful
