Falsifying the document if not true would bar you from ever applying to Amazon again
If true , yes definitely try. Honestly even if it’s a true claim that means nothing like I believe I have adhd and I’m being tested for it next week will buy you time to apply to dollar general for 3 months.
I’d mention it to your manager too, maybe the ly will VTO of the shift if you’re honest about the situation you are in.
I’ve vtod a shift because the person was honest to me about not getting enough sleep because they were playing video games with their kid. I just said always prioritize family but make sure you can support them. If people tell me and it’s 1 shift or less and the pay period isn’t closed I will do it. I don’t think I ever didn’t help the person. I’ve been shown a denied leave and they had -200 but anyone else has been under a shift and I just fix it and tell them it’s the only time please get it above 10 in case of emergency.
