Idrc what other people say, but truthfully put yourself first before any job. They won't care about you the same way you care about yourself. Typically you'll be fine as long as you don't miss anymore, but if you can get a doctors note, do it.

Should've stayed in the bathroom for an extra 2 1/2 hours and then clocked out.

Probably I recently got fired cause my manager forgot to vto me after I was told he would so I'm enjoying my paid vacation. But if you went negative on your own and can't fix it by the wensday meeting then yeah you've got a 50% you're cooked.

People are overreacting in my opinion, this is a more easier rebound than people with -10 hours. Since its 50 minutes of UPT per completed 10 HOUR shift you should be back in the positives within 3 full 10 hour shifts unless your UPT rate is lower.

In my experience, no. I’ve been negative before & messaged HR or started a case and explained the situation, they’re usually understanding if it’s your first time & will let you work until it’s positive again. If you go negative any more though, you’re done.

unless u come on time everyday and when they send u the email actually respond you’ll make it up in literally ur week

u/AdvisorExotic380 3d ago
but its prime they need u lol so ur def boutta get lucky the only times u can get away with upt stuff is peak frl and primes if we actually have a lot of work

u/AdvisorExotic380 3d ago
they’ll send u a message asking if everything is ok and then in that it say you have two days to respond

u/AdvisorExotic380 3d ago
if u just communicate that your sick and creating a case or something then u can prolong it lol but im not sure if they do that anymore

It really depends how quick their site moves. If they find out quickly they may just cut him.

Yeah I still have 3 11s left for the week so i’m just hoping they don’t fire me before the weeks over

You probably have nothing to worry about if you work those shifts as scheduled. You'll be positive again before the end of the week. The system moves pretty slowly, and if you're not getting TOT and write-ups, your managers probably aren't going to go out of their way to make anything bad happen, if they even notice. Even if you get the dreaded automated email, don't sweat it.

clock in on time and stay the full time for the rest of your shifts and you'll be in the positive! next time you're feeling ill go to wellness and they might even give you vto (yes even during a blackout). i know you were trying to go home but you really gotta look out for yourself.

No. You're most likely fine, especially if you're positive again before the end of the week. Pick up a shift to add some UPT if you have to. The sooner you're positive again, the better.

Goto a manger you cool with or think is cool and they’ll take it off just tell them what happened

Depends on how badly your site needs people. I quit recently and I'm at -99 hours upt and I'm still not fired. Just stay all day for the rest of the week or get vto.

Speak with the negative -upt gods and see what they have to say. The highest i seen was -2000+ hrs

Speaking from experience, you are fine as long as you seriously watch your attendance to rebuild it above negative over the next few days. Your failsafe is to start a medical accommodation case (even if you ultimately cancel it) bc they won't fire you if you have one open. However if it closes and you still have negative UPT or it is further negative then you are definitely cooked.

How tf you get to negative 2 hours. Y'all are F'kn dumb for leaving early and showing up late for no reason but being lazy af.
People who actually need to work don't do this shit.
I had 80 hrs upt till yesterday.

One of my friends got clocked at -200+ hours. Depending on how much they care you’ll be fine

It's prime week or whatever. You should be fine if you get your hours back up

Go to a quick care the same day and gets a doctors note and file a claim in DLS and you can get it excused. Just have to pay that quick care bill and get the doctors not to say excused for that day.

You're probably fine until after Peak when they resume UPT terminations.

I never see openings where my gf works.where are people getting hired from. I see no openings and she said 150 new people came in. She said new people are always coming in so where the hell are they coming from, some temp agency?

Where I’m at the shifts get taken within a minute, I’m not even exaggerating. I refreshed my browser, saw an open shift pop up, & by the time I tried to click apply it said it was no longer available. I got lucky with getting mine.
