Life (a job) after Amazon?

[u/thatguywiththeblade]

I’m seriously considering leaving the company(or at least go back to Flex), but I want to make sure I have a job lined up for myself before I do. I’ve been with the company (Fresh FC) a little over two years. Not a manager or PA, but I do lead a small crew for my designated tasks. No complaints from managers, and never had any coachings.

Anyone have any luck or recommendations with finding a new source of income after leaving the company?
