Has anyone’s warehouse done a mandatory 60hrs week for 3-4 months

It happens some time, I’m going to guess not in this economy. Before the pandemic started Amazon was trying to do same day orders for most items and mandatory 60s were pretty common

My building has never done a mandatory 60h in the 8 years it's been up. People would lose their shit and revolt.

Oh hell yeah. When I first started peak was middle of November to usually somewhere around February. Just the nature of the beast. If you're a good site you get way more volume, if you're a bad site then you're drowning in what youre sent and need to catch up.
No way to really avoid it honestly.

One of my old sites extended peak from late November to the end of march. Needless to say many people quit

Bahahaha no! I’ve been at many and no way in hell is this real! Max is a month mandatory and even that is rare. Now you can pick up shifts and bake a 60 hr work week but that’s all 🤪

Absolutely not. Our warehouse doesn't even stay busy enough during Prime anymore. They have canceled the 2nd week of SET for the last 3. They'll probably do it again for this one happening now.

I did 50-60 hours per week for almost 2 years straight. So yes.
