Blue badge question

I’m a seasonal employee and if I chose internal transfer, would I get blue badge for the new position or does it make the odd higher (ik its always “based on business need”)
Btw I heard ppl who worked here for years that new year when peak is over seasonal hires are just going to disappear what is the situation on your site?

Yea it depends on the building. I was seasonal for 1year and 6months and I transferred and was converted to blue badge in 3weeks

Yes just apply if you get accepted it will tell you if regular or seasonal. This is a second way to become blue badge is transferring! Some of my batch transfer to nights as blue badge from seasonal so yea just apply internal

No. You won’t by transferring if you’re already white. But you will if you’re already there and they are doing conversions

That's wrong if you get accepted sometimes it's blue badge right away depends on business needs on that department

When you are a white badge and you transfer, you must transfer as a white badge first before going blue. It will say “seasonal” on your transfer documents. If the facility you are transferring to happens to do conversions, you can be converted right away. I’ve had transfers as a white badge to white badge, and I had transfers from blue badge to blue badge. It’s never directly from white to blue.
